The rights of students

THE RIGHTS OF STUDENTS IN REINCARNATIONIST PSYCHOTHERAPY TRAINING COURSE

Brazilian Association of Reincarnationist Psychotherapy (BARP) train Lecturers that stem from ex-students which assist, at least, 3 subsequent groups, as juniors monitors, seniors monitors and pre-Test monitors, then they are invited by their Lecturers to take a Test to be approved. The BARP set up a Course Program with a Program Content and Training Exercises that are accurately followed in the Training Courses and the Lecturers stick to the Content and carry out all the Group Exercises during the lessons.

The Training Courses are all shaped in the same way, no matter the responsible Lecturer. The Program Content is fully transmitted, even if it is the 18 or 24 months, depending on the number of students. All the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy Theoretical Principles are taught and the first consult and re-consult exercises are practiced several times, in pairs of students, with the supervision of a Lecturer and the assistants. Unconscious Investigations are practiced in the students, individually, in a bed or comfortable mattresses, while the other students are placed in small groups, sitting in a distance about 1 or 2 meters, observing and learning; these Unconscious Investigations are, in the beginning of the Course, a responsibility of the Lecturer and the seniors assistants (or juniors assistants, if there is not seniors assistants enough to the demand, since the juniors are capable for it). As of the half of the course, or before it, the students start to work in pairs, practicing the first consult, the re-consults, practicing the Unconscious Investigation in each other, under individual supervision from the Lecturer and the assistants. By the end of the Unconscious Investigation sessions, the big group or mini-groups are reunited and the sessions are commented by the students which received this benefit and by the ones who were assisting their Spiritual Guides; In this group conversation, the Lecturer and the monitors seize to teach, throughout the Unconscious Investigation sessions, the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy theory, and the theoretical and practical aspects of the Unconscious Investigation.

All the students of the courses have the right to receive 4 or 5 Unconscious Investigation sessions, or more, and to help the Spiritual Guides at the same number of sessions, in classes and in the study groups (if they exist). The lecturer controls this aspect, but in case a student feels injured for receiving less Unconscious Investigation sessions than their classmates or helping the Spiritual Guides less than the others, they should talk to the Lecturer and explain the situation to him/her, who will take action and solve the situation right away.

All the students must learn to carry out the first consult and the re-consults of the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy Treatment therefore they are able, after the graduation, to work in their consulting room with this therapy, or at no charge in the spiritual or spiritualist center. In case a student feels that is not learning appropriately to talk to people about the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy and refer the treatment, should look for their lecturer and comment the situation with him/her, that will take the responsibility of teaching this student better to itself.

By the end of the Course, all the students must feel able to help the Spiritual Guides of the people in the Unconscious Investigation sections, even that they know the practice is what will provide more proficiency. In case that, by the second half of the course, a student infers that is not learning about the practice of the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy or the Unconscious Investigation as expected, feels unsafe or incapable of realizing this procedure, should look for the Lecturer who will intensify this learning aspect with the student.

All the students must, during the course, go getting to understand their Congenital Personality throughout the rememoration of their past incarnations and through that remembering the Inner Reform proposal. All the students should get to a well understanding regarding the evolutionary levels of the ego, and get to maturate it during the Course. In case a student in the second half of the Course understands that this is not clear to themself, or it is not happening, they must look for the Lecturer to talk about it, who will take action so this happens, on their position, a senior monitor or a junior who is able for that.

The use of the Manual for Unconscious Investigation is mandatory and all the Unconscious Investigations in class and Study Groups must be carried out with the manual. The Lecturer, monitors and, lather on, the students in formation, make use of the manual with a loyal reading of the initial Meditation and the use of the tactics. IN the initial Meditation, the reading is completely how it is on the manual, no word can be changed. The use of the Manual, besides keeping the fidelity to the BARP methodology, it is an exercise of humbleness, compliance and submission to the Spiritual World. When the students starts the permanent pair work, the Manual will be provided so they study at home the wealth of phases of an Unconscious Investigation, and the range of tactics for all the difficulties that may be experienced. All the Unconscious Investigation in classes and in the Study Groups should end when the student have already remembered the end of the past reincarnation accessed and the rise to the Spiritual World (the Period Between Lives), up to the moment we call the “Best Point”, in which all the resonances of the past lives have already been gone, in a physical or psychological way and the mentors had had the opportunity to transmit the lessons, orientations and advices for their present life. All the Lecturers have the duty to accomplish faithfully that aspect of the Unconscious Investigation, so have the senior and the junior monitors. This control in each session may become hard because during the classes and the study groups, the Unconscious Investigation sessions take place simultaneously, and if a student realizes that the Menthors assistants are not respecting these aspects during their or their classmates’ Unconscious Investigation sessions, should communicate the BARP coordination, throughout the “Talk with us” on the BARP online portal, or the “Talk to the president” in student’s “My BARP”.

The students have the right to receive love, attention and be respected from the Lecturers and the course monitors, as well as being part of the Students’ group on internet, through which they will receive special attention that makes them to feel integrated to the group and active participants of the course. The lecturers receive the orientation from the BARP Academic Coordination to communicate frequently with their students and ex-students through the Internet Group, sending didactic material, clinical cases, auditions of unconscious investigations sessions, information about the classes, etc. In case the students and ex-students feel not considered or abandoned by their Lecturers regarding these aspects, should communicate with the coordinators of BARP, which will take action about it.

The students have the right to receive the Course Completion Certificate in the ultimate module, in case they have had, at least, 90% of presence in the modules and the study groups (if they exist), to be up to date with all the tuitions and be approved by the Lecturer(s). In case that a student does not pay off debts until the ultimate module, they will receive a Presence Statement and the Course completion Certificate after paying the referred debts. Attendance, punctuality on arrival and departure and the participation on study groups is mandatory, at least 90% of the meetings and study groups, likewise the attendance and attention during the modules. The delivery of the correction of the Tests (in person, or by email, in the modules, in the study groups, depending on the Lecturer’s methodology) is mandatory, as well as the Presentation of the Case by the students in pairs. All these aspects have an influence on the criteria to the approval of the students by the end of the course and the receiving of the in the Course Completion Certificate. If it happens that a student doesn’t pass, they will have to repeat the Course once more (2nd class student), exempt of payment, and will receive the Course Completion Certificate with this group. In case the student pass, however has the will to retake the course (2nd class student), the cost is 50% of the normal price of the tuitions. The student is the main focus of the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy Course, each one of them. Furthermore, each student should receive special attention by the Lecturer, during the classes as much as along the month. The student have duties (attendance, attention, effort, dedication, study, etc) and the rights (all them are specified in the Manuals and in the texts posted on BARP website). The students may have access to the Lecturer’s Manual in the BARP online portal, to get to know which are the recommended procedures of these professionals and what they might expect and demand from them during the course. The students may have access to the Professional Ethic Code in the welcome area of the BARP online portal. The students may have access to the BARP Statute in the welcome area of the BARP online portal.

The lecturer has the right to demand the compliance if the duties of each student, on their benefit, and the student has the right to demand the compliance of the duties of the Lecturer and the monitors, also in their benefit.

Student's rights

The students’ rights in the Training Course in Reincarnationist Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Regression.

The instructors of the Brazilian Association of Reincarnationist Psychotherapy (ABPR) qualify instructors who were former students that worked on two consecutive graduated class groups as junior and senior monitors, were invited by the course instructor to be submitted to and approved by an Examining Board, and were then accepted as course instructors.  The ABPR created a course syllabus with a set of group exercises that are faithfully implemented during the Training Courses. The instructor sticks to its content in the previously established order and performs all of the Group Exercises.

Regardless of the instructor, all the Training Courses have the same format.   The Course Syllabus is fully taught in 12, 18, or 24 months. The theoretical principles of the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy and the practice in pairs of the 1st and follow-up appointments are done under the supervision of the instructor and monitors.

The students’ regressions start on the 2nd or 3rd course Module. They lay down on a bed or on comfortable sleeping mats, and the rest of the group of students sit approximately 1 to 2 meters away, watching and learning the regression process.  The instructor and senior Monitors (or junior monitors that are capable of doing so, if there are not enough senior monitors for the amount of the students) are responsible for such regressions (at the beginning of the course).  From approximately the middle of the course on, students begin to practice assisting each other’s regressions, under the individual supervision of the instructor and monitors. At the end of the regressions, the group gets together and the person that went through the regression and the student that assisted the Mentors share their experiences with the class. From these experiences, the instructor then teaches the theory of the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy and the theoretical and practical aspects of the Therapeutic Regression.

All Course students have the right to receive 4 or 5 regression sessions or more, and to assist the Mentors in the same number of sessions, during classes and Study Groups. The instructor controls this aspect, but if a student feels that he/she is at a disadvantage of getting fewer regressions or helping the Mentors less often than the other colleagues, he/she should talk to the Instructor and comment on it. The instructor shall take immediate action to fix this issue.

All students must learn how to perform the 1st and the follow-up appointments of the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy after graduation, in order to professionally work with this Therapy at their offices or free of charge at a Spiritist Center or Spiritualist Society. If a student feels that he/she is not properly learning to have a conversation with people about the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy and refer for a Treatment, he/she should talk to the Instructor about it, who shall take on the responsibility to guide the student in this regard.

All students must, at the end of the course, be able to help the people’s mentors in their regressions, bearing in mind that the practice is what will make them better capable of it. If in the 2nd half of the course a student feels that he/she is not learning about the Therapeutic Regression as expected, or feels unsure or unable to perform this procedure, he/she should ask the Instructor to intensify the learning process.

During the course, all students must start to understand his/her Congenital Personality from the memories of their past incarnations and thus recalling their proposal for the Inner Reform. If this is not clear to them in the 2nd half of the course, they should talk to their Instructor and express their concerns. The Instructor or either a senior monitor or a skilled junior monitor will assist the student to ensure the proper understanding.

All regressions that take place in class and at study groups should end when the student recalls the end of the accessed incarnation, his/her death, the disembodiment and rise to the Spiritual World (the period between lives) until the so-called "Best Point" moment.  At this moment, all the (physical or psychological) resonances of the previous past lives should have already passed and the mentors have had the opportunity to convey their teachings and guidance to this current life.

All instructors have the duty to faithfully fulfill this aspect of the regressions, as well as the senior and junior monitors. But sometimes it is hard to have full control of it in each class because the regressions occur simultaneously and the Study Groups take place during the month. If a student realizes that the person who is helping the mentors with his/her regression or a colleague’s regression does not follow the proper procedure, he/she should communicate the fact to the board of the ABPR by sending an e-mail to fale@portalabpr.org.br.

The Students have the right to receive love, attention, and respect from their Course Instructor and monitors and to be part of the student group on the Internet. They should be given special attention to feel integrated into the class and have active participation in the course.

The instructors receive guidance from the Academic Board of the ABPR to often communicate with their students through an Internet Group, sending teaching materials of the Course, clinical cases, regression audios for study, information about classes etc. If a student feels ignored or abandoned by his/her Instructor in this aspect, he/she should communicate with the ABPR Board, which will take care of this problem.

Students can access the Instructor's Manual and the Monitors’ Manual on the ABPR website homepage to know what the instructors’ procedures and requirements of the course are.

Students can access the Code of Professional Ethics on the ABPR website homepage.

Students can access the Constitution and Bylaws of the ABPR on the ABPR website homepage.

The Students have the right to receive their Certificate of Course Completion in the last Module if they have had at least 75% of class attendance and are up-to-date with all their tuition fees.

The most important aspect of a Training Course on the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Regression is the student; each student is the main goal for a course to happen. Each student must receive special attention from his/her Instructor, both in class and during the month. The student has duties (attendance, attention, commitment, dedication, study etc.) and responsibilities (all specified in Manuals and texts available on the ABPR Portal).

The Instructor has the duty to enforce the fulfillment of each student’s responsibilities, for the student’s own benefit, and the students have the right to demand the fulfillment of the Instructor’s and Monitor’s duties, also for their own benefit.

In any of above cases, anyone interested in attending the course must have graduated from high school.

Attention!

This course is not designed for people who want to expand their self-knowledge, do therapy or benefit themselves. The students will receive all of this, but the aim of our course is to train professionals to work with the Reincarnationist Psychotherapy after graduation (in an office or a Center).

A person who has done a course in any alternative therapy but does not work or intend to become a health professional and wants to do this Course for his/her self-knowledge will not be accepted in this course. These people can access our Portal and find professionals to go through an individual treatment, which will be cheaper, private and probably shorter (with weekly and not monthly meetings, as in the course). These criteria of not accepting some people as students are for their own benefit.
